Atlanta Opens New Neighborhood Trail – PATH400

Buckhead residents have a new place to exercise and enjoy the great outdoors. The PATH400 Greenway Trail is officially open for use in 2015, or, at least, phase one is. The completed path will eventually be about 5.2 miles long and ranges from 10 to 14 feet wide along the way, meaning there is plenty of space for dog-walkers, joggers, bikers and skaters to take advantage of the beautiful Georgia weather.
The completed first phase of PATH400 starts nears the intersection of Lenox Road and Tower Pace Drive and runs about half a mile to Old Ivy Road. It also runs along Georgia 400. Since it opened in January 2015, residents have already given it their stamp of approval.

The truth is that both ITP and OTP homes and neighborhoods have plenty to offer residents. But first, if you are new to Atlanta, you probably wonder what the two terms mean.
Meaning of ITP and OTP
ITP simply stands for “inside the Perimeter,” while OTP stands for “outside the Perimeter.” To understand even further, you must know what the Perimeter is. It is simply a nickname […]
