Jennifer Bienstock has joined our North Atlanta Office!
Raised in a “real estate family” with a background in finance, property management and construction, in Miami Beach, Florida, Jennifer Bienstock graduated with an international finance degree from the University of Florida. Jennifer started her real estate career in 2001 after completing an internship with the owner/broker of one of the largest luxury real estate firms in Miami at that time, Wimbish Riteway REALTORS®. This lead to a 10-year position on the OPENDOORMIAMI team with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate where Jennifer specialized in selling private residences on Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands and Bal Harbour Village. Jennifer’s passion for real estate came naturally and was complemented by her eye for design and home renovation.

Jennifer has been selling luxury residential real estate now for over 15 years, spending the past five with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. A recent move to Milton, Georgia, from Miami Beach, Florida, has expanded her love for traditional construction, four seasons and the combination of city and country living. Over $8 milliion in sales in 2016, Jennifer prides herself in bringing buyers and sellers together in mutually respectable relationships. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish, knowledgeable in marketing trends and advertising techniques, and she focuses on giving personalized, high energy and professional service to all her clients.
