Hi, I’m Karyn.
I am what most would consider a native Georgia peach. I was born and raised in the Lawrenceville area and have since then lived in many areas around Metro Atlanta – from the suburbs of Gwinnett and Athens to Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Decatur and everything in between. I grew up surrounded by the housing and real estate industry. My father built my childhood home and worked as the general contractor for a construction company. My mother has been a REALTOR® for as long as I can remember. I spent summers during high school and college assisting her, which led to my desire to pursue a career in the real estate industry just out of college.
I am now a licensed REALTOR® with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, the brokerage I have called home since 2013. Prior to selling, I served as both a Marketing Coordinator and as Office Administrator for the Intown office, which afforded me the great opportunity to become knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate industry.
My son, Noah, and I currently reside in Sandy Springs. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new restaurants around the city, traveling to new places, running and any outdoor activities.
