Sterling Swanson joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty from Palm Beach, Florida, where she attained experience as a REALTOR®. Her thorough knowledge of the market and specific insights into Metro Atlanta, specifically Buckhead and Midtown, enable her to well-serve her clients’ needs.
Sterling hails from a Buckhead family with deep roots in Atlanta that span four generations. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with degrees in public relations and broadcast journalism. Thanks to her family’s involvement in real estate investment and development throughout the country, including San Francisco, New York and Atlanta, she has been immersed in the real estate industry from a young age and has a true passion for all aspects of the business. Sterling utilizes her creativity and background to create custom marketing plans that help close transactions in the shortest amount of time for the highest realized price.
When Sterling is not busy showing properties, she is actively involved in the Church of the Apostles, the Buckhead Club and Chastain Horse Park, as well as many civic and charitable organizations. However, what warms her heart the most is spending time in Cashiers, North Carolina with her family and with Beau Geste, the family King Charles Spaniel.
