Melanie Collins, a Georgia native, joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in fall 2017. Working with established REALTOR® and husband Lee Collins, she will leverage a background in marketing to grow their business throughout Metro Atlanta, while continuing to specialize in properties in Milton, Alpharetta, Roswell and surrounding areas.
Through her work in marketing and digital media, Melanie acquired expansive knowledge of advertising and social media techniques that she can readily apply to marketing properties as a REALTOR®. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she held various marketing roles in New York City and San Francisco before returning to Atlanta where she developed the award-winning Newcomer’s Guide to Atlanta for the preeminent daily publication, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. It was this accomplishment, paired with her experience, that afforded her the marketing expertise, business strategy and the valued Metro Atlanta understanding necessary to be a successful REALTOR®.
When she isn’t working in the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty North Atlanta office or showing properties around town, Melanie is active in local arts and equestrian sports and charitable work for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She and her family currently reside in North Fulton.
