Cobb Office Welcomes Ryan Nesset!

Hello, my name is Ryan Nesset.

I have been a full-time REALTOR® since the beginning of 2009 and am member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. I’m passionate about helping my buyers and sellers make an informed decision – I treat the transaction as if it were my own, convey every aspect about the process, and, most importantly, I enjoy working within all price ranges and with various types of homes.

I grew up in East Cobb, went to Pope High School and later graduated from Kennesaw State University, where I earned a bachelors degree in professional sales. I eventually began my career specializing in designing and delivering effective sales presentations, analyzing and managing individual accounts and markets, developing plans and managing the sales force. However, having grown up in a real estate family, I saw how rewarding and exciting it can be to help someone buy or sell a home and achieve their dreams, thus paving the way for my intended journey. With extensive experience in sales and a passion for Atlanta’s residential market, I joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 and currently represent buyers and sellers in the north metro area, specifically the Kennesaw, Marietta, Sandy Spring, Dunwoody, Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Smyrna areas.

Previous clients would use the adjectives “straight forward” and “tech savy” to describe me. I value my client’s time and make it easy for them to sign contracts from their mobile device or tablet. I pride myself on being paperless, and therefore very efficient. I have even sold a home to a buyer using only Skype as a method of communication!

One fun fact about me: though real estate is my speciality, I have participated in a few acting opportunities and have 10 credits on IMDB from such films or TV as “Dumb and Dumber To,” “Ride Along” and The Walking Dead!
