First I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live
through this Real Estate slide.
But I spent so many nights
thinking how this market is so wrong
That I grew strong
I learned how to carry on
And so I’m back
from foreclosed space
I just woke up to find my business
had shot up from Dead Last place!
No more Bankers changing locks
No more sellers losing Keys
No more houses that won’t sell
Just the houses sold by ME!
Go on now go, open the door
just look around now
Come check out your hard wood floors!
Weren’t you the one who thought prices were just too high?
you think I’d crumble
you think I’d lay down and die
Oh no, not I
I will survive
as long as i know how to sell
My business stays alive!
If I have to go abroad
For that French client named Claude
Oh, I’ll survive
I will survive!
It took all the cash I had
Just to pay my bills.
I thought about a second job
I started poping pills!
But then I got up off the ground
This market has begun to turn around
I used to cry
Now I hold my head up high!
Now houses sell
Both old and new new
The money is coming back in
This darn dry spell is finally through!
And so we’re changing all our lives,
The second place is still Steak Knives!
I will survive
Yes I will survive!
If your buyer’s acting shy,
I’ll make sure they qualify!

Even if your house has mold,
The Bayne Group will get it sold!
