Wes Vawter recently listed a home in Sandy Springs neighborhood, Tiller Walk, that won the silver award for the best home in Atlanta in the category of $5 million and above. Tiller Walk is a community of 57 homes off of Glen Errol.
The home, located at 5505 Claire Rose Lane, was built by Bobby Webb and Joseph Babb of BWC Properties.
Every year, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) sponsored by the Atlanta Journal Constitution and SunTrust Bank, come together to recognize excellence and identify the best built homes in Atlanta. Industry professionals from across the country are brought in to Atlanta to judge all homes in the competition.
“Bobby Webb is known as a Builder that takes the authentication of his construction seriously,” says Zoran Pericic, the Architect on all of Webb’s homes. “The great detail in the interior trim work and amazing exterior facades of each home set him apart from other Builders in the Greater Atlanta area.”
BWC is also partnered with Shane Meder of Black Sheep Interiors who helps with his interior designs.
