Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty had the pleasure of holding its weekly Sales Meeting at The W Atlanta Downtown Hotel & Residences.
We were invited to tour four model homes and were led on the tour by the Sales Manager and Project Director of The W, Steve Tedder.
Here, Tedder takes a break from the tour to enjoy the lovely furnishings of one of the model homes.
In the next photo, Tedder shows us the latest in technology, available in all residences throughout The W in easy upgrade package.
The touch screen allows the home owner to run automated drapery and blinds, control the Lutron wireless lighting systems, and manage the custom Bang & Olufsen audio/visual systems.
