Regent Partners, LLC, the developer of Sovereign continues to rack up awards. Most recently, they were honored with a Dream Home Award, Gold Award for the “Best Condominium or Loft Over $500,000”. Winners were recognized in the May 1st edition of the Wall Street Journal. Regent Partners also captured a Silver Award in the “Best Condominium or Loft of the Year” category.
The Dream Home Awards were presented to companies and individuals who assist in creating America’s Dream Homes and set the standard in the Nation’s Building Industry. Key members in the real estate field, including developers, builders, architects and interior designers, judged the competition.
Regent Partners past accomplishments include being named Development Firm of the Year by the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. They were also honored with the 2008 Development of Excellence Award – Livable Center Initiative Achievement Award from the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Livable Communities Coalition. The Atlanta Business Chronicle also named 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign the 2007 Deal of the Year for Mixed-Use Development and the Development Authority of Fulton County awarded 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign with the 2007 Economic Development Award.
