With luxury condominiums and top-notch office space, the 50-story high-rise at 3344 Peachtree Road has become a landmark in Buckhead since it opened in May of last year.

Developed by 3344 Peachtree LLC, the project is this year’s recipient of the Urban Land Institute Atlanta District Council’s Project of the Year.
