Growing up in Brookhaven, Cheryl witnessed the enormous expansion of North Atlanta, and knows the communities and suburbs of Atlanta well. She is well versed in all forms of real estate, with a focus on farms, fine homes, and lake property. Cheryl’s lifelong passion for horses and her ownership of an equestrian farm have given her a unique understanding of the intricate desires of the equestrian enthusiast.
Since her youth, most warm weather weekends were spent on Lake Lanier; she knows the waters better than most. Cheryl thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to assist in the buying and selling of lake property.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Cheryl spent 14 years building a successful network infrastructure business. The same business principles: honest representation, following through on commitments, and, most importantly, understanding the desires and directives of her customers also make her a success in real estate. Cheryl’s real estate experience encompasses a broad spectrum including: buying, selling, auctions, farms, and commercial properties.
Cheryl currently resides in the City of Berkeley Lake with her son, and is an active member of Perimeter PCA Church where she volunteers in several ministries.
