Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is taking on the current foreclosure crisis by introducing a new service for buyers wishing to purchase exceptional foreclosed homes.

REALTOR® Debra Dent has created ShowMeTheForeclosures.com, a free website designed to help buyers find and purchase foreclosed properties.   “We understand that many buyers try to find foreclosed homes on the internet and what usually happens is that they are directed to websites charging as much as $100 per month for the magic ‘FORECLOSURE LIST.’ I wanted this site to be free and service oriented, focused on the buyer.”

The priority of the Show me The Foreclosures program is to connect buyers to highly qualified agents to assist in getting the deal done. Foreclosures and short sales are a major part of our business today and will continue for years to come.  These transactions can be very complicated, but the amazing deals that are out there on nice homes in every price range makes it all worth it in the end.

The program works like this: The buyer signs up free of charge to become a client of ShowMeTheForeclosures.com.  By becoming a client, the buyer receives exclusive perks, such as free home inspection, free homeowners warranty, pre move-in cleaning, detailed property analysis, loan assistance and more.

Atlanta buyers will be able to get on the bus and take the Spring Foreclosure Tour of Homes, starting in March 2010.  The company plans to run the tours every Saturday and Sunday throughout the spring and summer.  Each tour has a theme focused on similar types of buyers in similar price ranges.   For  example:

Saturday & Sunday (March 13/14)

Buckhead Condos & Townhomes from $200K -$500K)

Saturday & Sunday (March 20/21)

First Time Homeowners Weekend from $100K -$400K)
