This week two new modern homes are available for sale that were designed by well known Atlanta architects, Henri Jova and Benjamin Hirsch. The Jova property is located in a quiet neighborhood about six blocks from Piedmont Park. This is a unique property to midtown in that the residence sits on two city lots and is gated. At almost 5000 square feet, this property was completely renovated in 2008 and has
hardwood and stone floors throughout. The windows are designed to maximize natural lighting. Henri’s signature trim detail is evident throughout and has high ceilings in almost every room. This residence was originally designed for a car collector and has a concealed garage area that can accommodate over 25 autos. The space is equipped
with complete audio systems and a bar. Doors open to grounds that overlook the tennis court. The residence itself has a two story living room, fireplace and a bar. The private master wing has a huge master bath, private patio and overlooks the pool. There are four additional bedrooms and a very large lounging area that overlooks the living room.
