ATLANTA, GA (April 20, 2010) — Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that it has become the first Real Estate Brokerage Firm in Georgia to use the RealValuator Real Estate Information product suite. By providing detailed information about all Real Estate transactions, RealValuator provides Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty with a comprehensive view of the Real Estate Market previously unavailable from one source. This would include real-time data regarding foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, bank-owned sales and government conveyances (as well as homes for sale and closed sales). This new service is available to our clients exclusively through our sales associates.
