Gwinnett County residents are happier with their government services than their neighbors, and Fulton overall is the most optimistic about the future, expecting better times in the next five years.
Gwinnett had the highest level of respondents who said their area overall was a good or very good place to live – 86.6 percent. Gwinnett residents expressed the highest satisfaction levels for schools, police protection, litter control, libraries and availability of medical care.
Gwinnett crushed the competition in one category, when 91.5 percent said their parks and recreation were good or very good. The next closest was Cobb, with a 76.2 percent rating, and Clayton was at the bottom with 50 percent.
