As a part time resident of Serenbe in Chattahoochee Hills there are many things I value but none more than The Hil Restaurant where Chef Hilary presides over a superb farm to table restaurant. Her produce comes from the organic farm at Serenbe and the restaurant has become a destination restaurant for Atlantans, Newnanites and residents of Peachtree Hills. Her inventive menu and recipes have really shown me the difference that fresh organic produce can make.

Restaurant Eugene’s team has an appreciation for history, the region and traditional foodways.
They allow a local house-made pantry to drive the menue so it is at once traditional and urbane.
While reading the menu names of farmers and artisans are sprinkled about. Gina and Linton,
owners are also founding partners of the Peachtree Road Farmers Market a few blocks away
Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta, for the food, atmosphere and service.

Miller Union emphasizes the partnership between chef and farmer. Their menu changes weekly and is based on the week’s harvest
I love that they preserve the true flavors of their ingredients with a simple rustic preparation.
The site was once occupied by the Miller Union Stockyards and is in dynamic Westside.
Without a reservation many an evening I have had to eat at the bar!

4th and Swift is a happening restaurant always filled with in towners. They produce traditional comfort food with
authentic ingredients interpreted with modern sensibilities. Their farm-to-table menu features the freshest of
ingredients from local and regional sources and their offerings change daily, weekly and seasonally based on the
quality and availability of ingredients.
