A love of art and a passion for real estate is what brought Erin to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Erin realizes that, like collecting fine art, finding a perfect fit between a potential owner and an ideal property takes expertise in the market as well as valuating, negotiating and completely understanding her client’s interests and needs.
Erin is available full-time to assist her clients through the entire process when it comes to the purchase or sale of their home. Erin believes in a refined “southern hospitality” approach, which makes her clients feel warmly welcomed and served generously. Great communication and attention to every detail defines her success. Erin also has town and country versatility. She’s a 26-year Atlanta resident who specializes in homes in the Alpharetta/Roswell area as well as lake, mountain and vineyard properties around beautiful Lake Burton in North Georgia.
Prior to working in real estate, Erin spent 10 years at Microsoft Corporation in sales and marketing. She lives in Alpharetta with her husband and four children, ages 10-20 years old. They also have a second home near Lake Burton. She’s a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Lake Burton Civic Association, High Museum of Art and attends North Point Community Church. Erin is also an artist and donates many of her pieces to various charity auctions. She’s also a gardener, loves to travel and has been an active volunteer / fund-raiser for The Shepherd Center, A Beacon of Hope Women’s Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and FaithBridge Foster Care
