He began his real estate career in the Milton area and became one of the top sellers of $500K+ homes over the past 6 years. When Tom and Debbie became empty nesters a few years ago, they moved in-town and became Virginia Highland residents. Now he specializes in both the Milton and Virginia Highland areas. Tom’s real estate sales have exceeded $30 million over the past 6 years and he works with a few clients at a time in order to provide them with dedicated, personalized service.
Tom earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia Tech. He started out as a sales engineer for a Fortune 500 consulting firm and then had the pleasure of working for Compaq Computer Corporation during their years of record setting growth. Early on, Tom learned the importance of achieving true customer satisfaction with effective marketing plans, team building and problem solving. He also obtained his Series 7 Securities License and became a Registered Investment Advisor. Tom’s clients value his combination of business management, marketing, engineering, financial planning and negotiation experience.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing golf and taking advantage of in-town living. He also likes to work on home improvement projects and that experience has been quite helpful when advising his buying and selling clients on home maintenance issues and prospective home improvements.
