The Atlanta condo market is making a positive turn for sellers.
Anne Schwall, Vice President SkyRise Group, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty explains how quickly Atlanta’s condo market is becoming a seller’s market. The fourth quarter numbers are in and they show that the condo inventory continues to narrow allowing the supply and demand to find a balance.
David Haddow reports that 70 percent of the active condo inventory has been sold and we are possibly going to see a void of new construction inventory in the $200,000 to $500,000 price point.
