Caitlin Zygmont is a fifth generation Georgian raised in Metro Atlanta. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in advertising and a minor in communications, and pursued a master’s in historic preservation at Georgia State University. Working in corporate sales took her to Kansas and North Carolina, before she returned to Georgia and started her family.
Having relocated twice herself, Caitlin enjoys working with clients new to the Atlanta area and introducing them to all it has to offer.
Caitlin brings a thorough knowledge of historic regulations, attention to detail, and renovation experience to her clients. Having lived in Virginia-Highland, Alpharetta and Dunwoody, Caitlin has a strong knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods and schools.
Caitlin resides in Roswell with her husband, Max, and two daughters. She is currently involved with the Junior League of Atlanta, the Buckhead Heritage Society and serves on the Executive Board of her daughter’s preschool. She was also involved with the Virginia-Highland Civic Association, PAWS Atlanta and The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and founded the Historic Preservation Society at Georgia State University. She is an avid photographer and gardener.
