Janice Overbeck personally closed more than 50 residential real estate sale transactions in 2012. Before beginning her residential real estate career, Janice worked as a development associate in the Southeast for AMLI Residential (a Morgan Stanley-owned company) where she organized real estate developments. A native Atlantan, Janice and her husband, a native of Germany, have two young daughters. Janice most enjoys spending time with her children, and also running, boating, traveling and yoga. Janice and her family attend church at Mount Paran North Church of God.
Janice earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in Spanish, graduating cum laude, before pursuing a master’s in business from Kennesaw State University.
