Blaine is intensely focused on identifying the needs of his clients, providing alternatives and options and delivering results to help each achieve their goal in their real estate transaction. He brings a diverse and unique background to his real estate relationships.
Before entering the real estate industry, Blaine Palmer worked for more than 10 years in the corporate setting with Fortune 100 companies serving as a human resources professional, sales and marketing professional and as a consultant. His knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of a business relationship offer him the ability to quickly offer solutions and connections.
Blaine has had extensive and successful experience selling in rural, urban and suburban Georgia. He has served on the Southwest Georgia Board of REALTORS®, where he received the REALTOR® Spirit Award and Lifetime Million-Dollar Club Award consecutively and also on the Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. He is a graduate of Leadership Decatur County. He is currently a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® where he holds the designations of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and BPOR (Broker’s Price Opinion). He serves on the Mercer University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board, 1873 Society Club of the Atlanta Humane Society Board and Open Hand Party in the Kitchen Host Committee. He was a candidate for the 2013 Atlanta Man of the Year for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and raised more than $56,000 in 10 weeks; Blaine won the Atlanta Community Involvement Award and his efforts funded research in the Myeloma Blood Cancer Space for an entire year. Blaine is an avid runner and cyclist.
