Eydie Koonin has been a resident of Atlanta for more than 40 years. She began her real estate career in 2008 when her youngest child went off to college. Despite the housing market downturn, Eydie was able to accomplish the rare feat of achieving Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club status in her first full year and became a Life Member in the shortest possible time frame.

Eydie’s slogan “A Name Friends Recommend” turned into “The Team Friends Recommend” as her business grew into what it is today. Her business expertise, negotiating skills and fantastic customer service have been draws for hundreds in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and East Cobb. Whether Eydie is helping first-time homebuyers, corporate executives, sports, entertainment or music celebrities, clients of the Eydie Koonin Group have become accustomed to a successful and positive experience.

Eydie and her husband, Steve, CEO and part owner of the Atlanta Hawks and Philips Arena, call Buckhead home. Eydie is actively involved in many charitable organizations, notably Vice-Chair of Planned Giving and Endowment at Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and she and Steve are past recipients of Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Atlanta’s Citizens of the Year Award.

Keri Greenwald combines her love of helping people with her passion for real estate and her enthusiasm for life. After many years living in Brookhaven, Keri moved her family to Sandy Springs in 2008 and is enjoying being so close to extended family. Keri and her husband, Keith, a Buckhead native, have been married 12 years and are the proud parents of three children. In the spring, you can find Keri at Chastain Park cheering for her kids’ baseball and softball teams and every fall you will find her in the audience at one of her daughter’s many plays.
