Jane Patneau was born and raised in the real estate business in her hometown of Danville, Kentucky. Today, her two brothers run the successful real estate company that her father founded in 1954. In 2002, Jane, her husband, John, and their two sons moved from Dallas, Texas, to Country Club of the South in Alpharetta.
Jane re-entered the residential real estate arena in 2007, primarily listing and selling in gated golf course communities in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell and Cumming. Although primarily focused in luxury home sales, Jane enjoys working with everyone from relocation clients to first-time homebuyers to investors. She is also familiar with Metro Atlanta’s school systems, including private schools, and specializes in helping families with children who have disabilities.
Jane gradated with a teaching degree from Centre College of Kentucky and has a master’s in history. In her spare time, she loves walking her three dogs, attending her son’s ice hockey games, and going to movies. It makes her proud to be successful in a business her father taught her from childhood.
