Holly Neil has lived in Atlanta for more than 20 years with 15 of those years in Decatur. Holly’s interest in and enthusiasm for real estate prompted her to earn her real estate license last year. Prior to that, she was a paralegal, stay-at-home mom, and most recently in elementary education in the City Schools of Decatur. Holly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1989.
Holly is highly committed and passionate about matching her clients with their “just right” home. She loves to research, a skill honed during her legal assistant years, and will not leave any stone unturned in finding your new home. Holly is just as committed to successfully marketing her clients’ homes for the best result possible. Holly’s focus market is Intown, including Decatur, Druid Hills/Emory, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Lake Claire, Edgewood, Kirkwood, Inman Park, Candler Park, Midtown and the Atlanta BeltLine.
Holly is currently involved with the Global Village Project and has worked in the past with Habitat for Humanity and as a tutor in the City Schools of Decatur. Holly lives in Druid Hills, has two daughters and a fat, happy cat, Furio.
