The One Museum Place Experience

One Museum Place

“An experience that only a select few Atlantans will ever know,” is how John Wieland describes his legacy project, One Museum Place condominiums.

As the Developer Liaison for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, I am privileged to the inside track on everything One Museum Place. The One Museum Place “experience” is unlike anything else.

The experience begins with the first rule of real estate: location, location, location! The future home of One Museum Place is situated in one of the most coveted locations in the city of Atlanta – it is literally at the city’s center. Nestled in a metropolitan setting, you will find tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, history homes, restaurants, boutique shops, theater, museums, schools, churches, office buildings and a vibrant energy not found anywhere else on Peachtree Street.

Standing on the construction site, even at ground level, the view directly across from One Museum Place to The High Museum of Art is simply breathtaking, especially at night. I try to imagine, “what will it be like to wake up and see such an amazing structure every day, every night?” I wonder, “what will it be like to walk literally across the street to see The Forty Part Motet or The Gordon Parks Exhibit at the High Museum?” The Woodruff Arts Center recently received a $38 million gift, ensuring the sounds of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will be more harmonious than ever and less than 100 steps from home! Only 45 Atlantans will ever truly “experience” One Museum Place.

From every angle, residents of One Museum Place will experience incomparable skyline views. Looking toward the south, One Museum Place boasts the best city views that Midtown and Downtown Atlanta offer. From the rear, residents will enjoy incredible views of Ansley Park and Piedmont Park. The Buckhead skyline is picture-perfect from the north-facing side of One Museum Place.

Twenty percent of the residences at One Museum Place are under contract. Dirt is moving and the official ground breaking ceremony will be announced in the coming weeks. If you pass by the site, you can see Peachtree Pete proudly digging with his shovel. What an exciting time for Midtown! Stay tuned … we are just getting started!
