Chad Davis has been a resident of Metro Atlanta more than 24 years. Chad attributes his success as a REALTOR over the last 12 years to his career-long devotion to customer service and responsiveness; clients and contacts send many referrals his way. His knowledge of many of Metro Atlanta’s key markets and his negotiation skills paved the way for a seamless entry into residential real estate.
Chad has lived in many of Atlanta’s hottest neighborhoods, enabling him to focus on variety of markets, including Midtown, Buckhead, Vinings, Morningside, Brookhaven, Smyrna, Decatur and many more. Chad, who has his e-Pro designation, has worked with a variety of buyer and seller clients, including relocation clients, first-time homebuyers and investors. Chad was featured on several episodes of HGTV’s My House is Worth What? and National Open House.
Prior to a career in real estate, Chad Davis enjoyed a career as a retail district manager, where he oversaw several luxury retailers. Chad resides with his partner and two toddler sons in East Cobb. Chad serves as president of one of the two HOA boards of which he is a member. Chad’s hobbies include a daily fitness routine, home decor and parenting.
