Marko Polic, a 25-year resident of Atlanta, effortlessly assists a broad spectrum of clients from a variety of cultures in navigating the ins and outs of the real estate process. Marko spent several years working for the International Tennis Federation in Europe, educating tennis instructors in more than 100 countries. His diverse experiences allow him to effectively communicate and display diplomacy, integrity, discretion and outstanding dedication to his clients.
His 15 years as an educator and tennis professional at Capital City Country Club have allowed him to develop a unique insight and understanding of how to guide his clients through the real estate process. Marko also spent several years as a business broker negotiating locations and purchases for major restaurant franchises as well as independent ‘mom and pop’ owners. His business savvy combined with a master’s degree in marketing allows Marko to create personalized marketing and branding campaigns.
Having owned and managed several rental properties throughout Atlanta, Marko enjoys helping buyers, sellers and renters in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs and Chamblee. He is also fluent in Croatian and Serbian.
