Graduating from Emory University, Carrie Anne has called Atlanta home since 1987. During her seven years as an employee of The Coca-Cola Company, she honed an exceptional level of professionalism, customer service and business expertise in communications and marketing. Applying these skills to her real estate career, she has created a personalized “full service” business model with a single goal in mind: to exceed client expectations in every transaction.
Carrie Anne was born into a real estate family. Her grandfather owned and operated a real estate brokerage firm in Lexington, Kentucky, and most of the members of her family have been involved in real estate sales or development.
Carrie Anne has extensive knowledge of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods. In fact, over the years, she has personally lived in many them, including Chastain Park, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Peachtree Hills, Brookhaven and Druid Hills. Having remodeled many of these homes, she offers a unique vision on how to make almost any home a dream home. This strong sense of current design trends is invaluable to buyers and sellers alike.
Her involvement in the community has included Warren T. Jackson Elementary School PTA, Top Hat Soccer, NYO Baseball, Chastain Friends supporting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Saint Anne’s Day School, The Junior League of Atlanta, Hospice Atlanta and the board of the Chastain Park Civic Association. Carrie Anne’s professional associations include the National Board of REALTORS®, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), a nationally recognized designation held by less than 20% of REALTORS®. She has also earned the Phoenix Award for 10 years of membership in the MMDSC and the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative.
Carrie Anne currently lives in Chastain Park with her husband Greg, her son, Xander, her daughters, Elle and Cate, and her Jack Russell Terrier, Giddy.
