David Tokos has enjoyed living in the Crooked Creek subdivision in the heart of Milton, Georgia for over 10 years with his wife, Yvonne, and daughter, Alexandra. He has 27 years of structured commercial real estate finance including asset management, originations, underwriting and maximizing the value and selling over $500 million of real estate-owned assets. Through hands on management of over $1 billion in apartment properties, David has extensive expertise at updating apartment property models and clubhouses where tenants often make their decision to lease; this will translate well to staging of homes for sale in the single-family home market. David specializes in the cities of Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek and South Forsyth County.
The key to David’s success is his ability to build relationships that promote trust, high integrity and esprit de corps. His high energy and forward-looking approach, along with his good sense of humor, foster a truly enjoyable environment while still being impactful and meeting the desired objectives of the parties involved.
The Tokos family, through Compassion International, sponsors two children who both live in very poor areas of the Andes Mountains region of central Ecuador. David also serves as a volunteer in various areas at Stonecreek Church.
During his free time, David enjoys watching his daughter compete in gymnastics, playing tennis and participating in many other physical conditioning activities. He received a degree in business from UGA.
