Bonnie Howington Smith is a fourth generation Atlanta native and the third generation involved in Atlanta real estate. Bonnie has lived her entire life in the Metro Atlanta area including Virginia-Highland, Buckhead and Sandy Springs, before raising a family in the Milton/Alpharetta area. The historical and wide range of knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market that Bonnie possesses is a unique benefit to her clients.
Clients are able to leverage Bonnie’s skill set stemming from experience and accomplishments in marketing, events and advertising. Bonnie has both a steadfast focus on service and marketing savvy including strong negotiating skills. Loyalty, honesty and service are the three pillars of her real estate business resulting in client relationships based on trust.
The Milton/Alpharetta community has been home to Bonnie, her husband and their two children for the past 12 years. Bonnie is immersed in the Alpharetta community through volunteering with her church, school, youth sports, neighborhood and more. She is the definition of a “neighborhood expert” in the North Fulton area.
Bonnie credits her family’s real estate legacy for leading her into the real estate business in Atlanta. Her grandparents were the founders of Buckhead Brokers, and her father was an Atlanta builder and developer. She graduated high school from Woodward Academy and then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys the many beautiful running and biking trails in her community. In 2011, Bonnie completed a full-distance Ironman. She loves spending time outdoors and being with her family.
