Katharine Romstad, a resident of Atlanta for more than 25 years, has worked in the Atlanta real estate community since 1996. Over that time Katharine has generated more than $100 million in sales. Katharine has been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer numerous times during her real estate career and crafted the sales manual for one of Atlanta’s premier homebuilders. Strong negotiation and closing skills have been the foundation of her success.
Katharine has primarily worked in new home sales within the real estate profession, selling homes in neighborhoods ranging from the $200,000 -$1million+. Her ability to relate to the first-time homebuyer or the seasoned homebuyer has allowed her to assist each homebuyer find a house they are proud to call their home. As a resident of Buckhead, her primary focus is new home sales in the Buckhead, Decatur and Midtown areas.
