Kellyann Dunning has a proven record of success having earned multiple awards recognizing her achievements in sales production with ClubCorp and specifically the Buckhead Club. Her strong connections to the Atlanta community, innate ability to relate to people and adeptness in discerning client needs and providing resolutions made her foray into real estate seamless. Much of her success is due to her dedication to client service and attention to detail, which has resulted in many referrals throughout her career.
Kellyann is proud to be a part of the Ransom Team, whose 20+ year business has primarily been built on personal relationships, referrals and corporate relocations. The team is committed to finding the perfect home for their buyers as well as aggressively marketing their clients’ listings. They represent buyers and sellers primarily in the Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Chastain Park, Intown, North Buckhead and Vinings areas.
Kellyann is a native of Birmingham, AL. Upon graduation from Auburn University, where she earned a B.S. in psychology, she moved to Atlanta after falling in love with the city. She jumps at the chance to help newcomers fall in love with Atlanta, too. Kellyann and her husband, Gregg, have lived in the Loring Heights neighborhood since 1999, where they are also members of the Loring Heights Neighborhood Association. She is actively involved in E. Rivers Elementary School, where her two young children attend. She and her family are members of Cathedral of Christ the King, Carl E. Sanders YMCA and Zoo Atlanta.
