Our North Atlanta Office is happy to introduce Kelly Prewitt

Real estate is in Kelly Prewitt’s blood. Her father and grandfather were real estate developers starting in the early 1960s in Asheville, North Carolina, building shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes through RL Coleman and Company. She grew up around real estate deals and after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in engineering science she went on to practice as a licensed real estate agent for the top-performing brokers in both Park City, Utah and New York City before relocating to Atlanta in 2000. Her experience in Park City was centered on luxury ski homes and working with discerning clients who expected exceptional personal service from their agent. In the late 1990s, Kelly experienced the explosion of the New York market, working with buyers and sellers to navigate a market of sealed bids and rapid appreciation.
From 2000 to 2004, Kelly worked in the development office of The Lovett School and then Pace Academy, successfully running their annual fund campaigns. Her time at Lovett and Pace helped connect her to the Atlanta community and fostered her continuing interest in Atlanta’s schools. In 2015, Kelly and her family relocated from the Chastain Park area of Buckhead to Milton. Milton has been a positive change for her two boys, Cole and Daniel, and has allowed Kelly to expand her real estate business to include North Fulton. Kelly is married to Bryan Prewitt, an entrepreneur who recently opened Cryology, a whole body cryotherapy business in Alpharetta. She and her family are members of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and also attend Northpoint Community Church in Alpharetta.
