Sam Morgan is an Alabama native who has called Atlanta home since 1999. Recognizing his ability to connect with people and his love of homes, a neighbor encouraged Sam to launch his real estate career in 2000. In just one year, Sam produced 52 sales and earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award from The DeKalb Association of REALTORS® in 2001.
Building on that success, Sam has enjoyed a 16-year career selling homes, managing sales agents and directing condominium sales and marketing programs throughout the Southeast. More than seven years of his career was dedicated to condominium sales and marketing as a Director of Sales for one of the Southeast’s largest developer services firms. In that position, he directed condominium sales programs in more than 20 communities across three states to generate more than 600 sales and achieve more than $200 million in volume. For Sam, the most rewarding position in his career has been that of a residential sales agent, helping individuals buy or sell their home, which ultimately let him back to residential sales in 2011.
Sam loves Atlanta! His passion for the city’s rich heritage, the accomplishments of the present and the possibilities of the future is woven into the process of helping his clients find the perfect home. His experience marketing and selling homes and condominiums combined with his in-depth knowledge of condominium conception, development, construction, sales and management allow him to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Sam believes the opportunity to serve clients in the home-buying process is a great privilege, he strives to bond with each individual, educate them throughout the process and communicate on a personal level by providing “high-touch service” to each client.
Sam is dedicated to working with Intown Atlanta homebuyers and sellers in the neighborhoods of Ansley Park, Buckhead, East Atlanta, East Lake, Edgewood, Grant Park, Kirkwood, Lavista Park, Midtown, Morningside, Ormewood Park, Reynoldstown, Virginia-Highland, West Midtown and Westend. His experience, strong negotiating skills and dedication to clients has built a solid referral network of buyers and sellers that ranges from first-time buyers to the most experienced sellers.
Sam shares his home with two Weimaraners, Bleux and Ashe. He also serves as the sponsorship chair for the AIDS Vaccine 200, benefiting the Emory Vaccine Center. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends and has a great passion for vintage cars, history and homes.
