Maria Stewart, a resident of Atlanta for more than 25 years, has lived and worked in the Metro Atlanta area since 1990. She has lived in the Buckhead, Vinings, Virginia-Highland, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Cumming and Johns Creek communities and has acquired a thorough knowledge and feel for these and neighboring areas. Her affinity for the Atlanta market and her insight and awareness of current market lifestyle trends made her decision to pursue a career in real estate an easy one.
Her “dream job” to become a REALTOR® (#bucketlist) and work in Atlanta’s fine housing market has come true and she is proud to be among Atlanta’s finest at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. By committing to being intentional and mindful, she aims to help find the perfect home for her clients and assisting sellers in finding perfect new homeowners for their homes.
Maria has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and strong background in sales, marketing and small business ownership. She has been an active volunteer in the National PTA Reflections program, her neighborhood swim team executive committee and Emory Healthcare PFA program. Other community involvement includes creating and executing Chastain-style fundraising events for Family Haven of Forsyth, netting tens of thousands of dollars for this valuable domestic violence shelter program. She lives in Buckhead with her husband Bob, bullterrier Daisy and revolving door of children (they have six between the ages of 17-23!). She likes to experience concerts (especially at Chastain!), cook, garden, feed small animals directly from her garden (her proprietary “farm-to-small animal program”) and travel. Finally, she likes to make others happy!
