Jonathan Cassady was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. Although he is new to the real estate industry, Jonathan has a wealth of business experience, knowledge of the marketplace and strong ties to the Atlanta business community.
Prior to completing the Georgia real estate pre-licensure course from the University of Georgia in January 2017, Jonathan studied history at LaGrange College. While in school, Jonathan became a National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association–certified personal trainer and worked as a manager at Towne Fitness Club. After leaving LaGrange, Jonathan met his wife, Melissa, and they moved to Atlanta, where Jonathan started his own personal training company, Cassady Complete Fitness (CCF), in May 2013.
Jonathan has lived and worked in the Intown area for the past four years, and he has become an active member in the community; he regularly participates in events hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, including Bowl for Kids’ Sake, and he and Melissa attend service at First Presbyterian Church in Midtown. Not only does Jonathan understand the Atlanta market, but equally as important, as an entrepreneur, he understands how to cater to his clients’ needs.
As owner of CCF, Jonathan has experience utilizing multiple marketing platforms to drive customer acquisition, and he believes that his heavy involvement in the day-to-day operations of his business, including scheduling, recordkeeping and finances, along with the guidance he is receiving from his mentor, Jared Sapp, will make his entry into the real estate business seamless.
Jonathan works with a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to multimillion-dollar homeowners, specializing in the Buckhead, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Emory, Candler Park, Inman Park, Midtown and Decatur markets.
