Kevin Durkin recently joined the North Atlanta Office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
Kevin Durkin comes to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty after a lengthy career as both a PGA Tour golf professional and a golf instructor. Kevin, his wife, Missy, and their three young children have collectively been in the North Atlanta area for nearly 15 years. In October of 2016, Kevin was reinstated by the USGA as an amateur. He is currently a member at the Golf Club of Georgia and Mountaintop in Cashiers, North Carolina. Both Kevin and Missy are active members and volunteers at North Point Community Church. Their children attend a local Christian school in Roswell, Georgia, where they couldn’t be happier with the progression in academics and faith they are witnessing in their children.
Kevin understands the stresses involved with buying, selling and moving in today’s market. He and his family have moved three times over the past 10 years. Kevin also owned a home renovation company in Johns Creek, Georgia, allowing him the opportunity to display his knowledge, skills and creativity in full home renovations. Through these experiences, Kevin understands how to best maximize his clients’ selling potential in today’s market, countered with a keen eye for any issues a buyer should be aware of while purchasing a home.
