I am a newlywed and I proudly “wear” my new name: Mrs. Jessica Perritt. My husband, Matthew, a Georgia native and a true southern gentleman, is a residential homebuilder and developer in North Atlanta. We currently live in Johns Creek and are in the process of building our first home together in the Milton/Crabapple area.
My Mantra in Life: “Regardless of status or fame, people are people. Be human, be helpful and most humans will happily be human in return, regardless of who they are.”
For me, it’s that simple – this mantra continues to be the key to my success as a professional and as a person.
I miss the days when high quality, genuine customer service was a job requirement and not a choice. I have always been in the business of people. The one thing that everyone I’ve worked for or with will say about me is that I care. Above all, I care about how I make others feel. I will always ask the question, “What level of service or product do you expect to receive from me in exchange for a chunk of your hard-earned cash?”

I understand that buying or selling a home can be challenging (at best). Selecting a REALTOR® to adequately represent you can be overwhelming and exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be. Two Random Facts About Me:
#1: I can speed read.
I’ve read “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” by Dale Carnegie and “Think and Grow Rich,” by Napoleon Hill over 20 times. I also love to (slowly) read memoirs and my favorite authors are David Sedaris, Laurie Notaro, Sloane Crosley and Chelsea Handler.
#2: I am absolutely obsessed with fishing.
I love deep-sea fishing and have traveled the world chasing the “big catch”. My favorite fish to catch (and release) is Tarpon. My favorite fish to catch (and eat) is a tie between Cobia and Tuna. My bucket list fish is the always elusive Rooster Fish.
