Hi, I’m Chris!
As an Atlanta native, I have intimate and first-hand knowledge of our city and region!
EARLY PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE & PROVEN ENTREPRENEUR
I grew up on the banks of the Chattahoochee River and am the youngest of six kids. My parents taught entrepreneurship early and we all had jobs while a lot of other kids were, well … being kids. My love of houses and all the details that make them a home started when I was 11 years old and minimum wage was $3.35 an hour. A close friend’s father was a home builder and we were tasked with cleaning each home after each phase of the build and getting it ready for the next. My first business after this — before I could drive — was a lawn service with my best friend and we appropriately named ourselves The Lawn Rangers. We learned how to perfectly manicure a yard … and make spending money! The love of landscaping took me into golf course maintenance at Cherokee Country Club where I learned how a 36-hole golf course and club is kept to exacting standards.
After graduating from The University of Georgia, I joined my siblings at Paper Affair, their chain of stationery and invitation stores in the Atlanta area. It was here that I learned about sales and what it truly means to provide unforgettable customer experiences. In 1999, after four years ‘on the sales floor,’ I launched the store’s core offerings online at PaperStyle.com. The business will be turning 18 years old this fall and has created nearly 1 million invitation and stationery orders. It is consistently ranked a top 1,000 internet retail business in the United States. The business boasts the industry’s strongest money back guarantee as well as ‘elite status,’ the highest rating in customer satisfaction as tracked by ResellerRatings.com.
COMMUNITY, CONNECTOR & ATLANTA CONCIERGE
I love Atlanta and the people that I have shared this city with all of my life. And being active in numerous organizations, I and deeply rooted in our community with our leaders and decision makers. I have lived in neighborhoods throughout the Atlanta area and know details of each that simply not many people can rival. One of my proudest affiliations is with my Entrepreneur’s Organization peer group that I have met with monthly since 2010. Putting people first and doing the right thing with every decision are among my core values. My wife, Lindsay, is managing owner of Poppy’s of Atlanta, a woman’s clothing boutique located on E. Andrews. We live in Buckhead with our son, Jackson.
WHAT TO EXPECT
My attention to detail, follow through and pursuit of success are my greatest assets. Whether buying or selling, you can be assured that the finest details are the foundation of my platform and will not be overlooked. Allow me to elevate your home buying or selling experience … you have my word that it will be amazing.
