Hello, my name is Jon Kettering, and I would love to help you with your real estate dreams!

After living in Florida for over 20 years, I moved to Atlanta with my husband and our little dog in search of real seasons. Who knew we’d end up with the occasional blizzard?! While we miss proximity to the ocean, Atlanta feels more like home than anywhere we’ve lived! Access to nature, a vibrant arts community, a diverse food scene, local breweries, professional sports teams, low cost of living and a variety of cultural influences are but a few of the many aspects we love! Oh, and did I mention all the festivals?!

I realize it might sound corny, but that’s what I tell people when they ask what I do for a living. After all, home isn’t just where you go at the end of the day. It’s your sanctuary, where you seek refuge and find peace. It serves as the backdrop for gatherings and celebrations. It houses your art and furniture, showcasing your unique style. Education – When I bought my first home back in 2005, I had no clue what to expect. My agent was also a dear friend, but didn’t provide any education on the home buying process, and very little guidance along the way. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or selling your 100th home, I’ll be sure you have the information you need to feel comfortable with the process, and the guidance to make the best decisions for your needs.

Experience – Helping hundreds of clients navigate the buying and selling process has really honed my skills, teaching me countless useful skills, habits and tactics which I deploy strategically to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.

Expertise – In addition to my experience in the field, I continually seek to expand my professional knowledge through classes and seminars. To ensure I always deliver the highest level of service to my clients, I have pursued and obtained the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Export (CNE).

Tenacity – In a market with such low inventory, we have to dig deeper to find the right opportunities, and leave no stone unturned when scouring the market for your ideal home. With the best homes often selling in a day, we have to be poised to move on a moment’s notice in order to capitalize on the best opportunities.

Charity – Helping out, giving back, paying it forward … call it what you will, I believe in supporting worthy causes. That’s why a portion of every commission I earn is donated to a local charity.
