Joe Mosher often jokes that his love of real estate began at an early age while playing the board game Monopoly. That love was further reinforced after he read the Rich Dad Poor Dad book series. From then on, Joe knew he wanted to be involved in all aspects of real estate: buying and holding, fixing and flipping, building and development and sales.
In 2010, Joe bought his first property, which he rehabbed himself with the help of multiple YouTube videos. He later refinanced that property and parlayed it into the down payment on the home he built with his wife, Erin. Since that time, Joe and Erin have grown their real estate portfolio to include multiple rentals and flips, and in 2013, Joe became a licensed REALTOR® dedicating his career to helping his clients realize, and achieve, their real estate goals.
Joe spent the early part of his career as an account executive for Xerox calling on medium-to-large-sized businesses in the metro Atlanta area. He spent the next three years in a management role with Sharp, where he was again selling business services to large-scale companies all over North Georgia.
A University of Wisconsin – Madison graduate, Joe moved to Georgia following graduation. He currently resides in Brookhaven with Erin and their two small children. When he is not selling real estate, he is camping in the backyard with his son, playing softball at Northside Baptist Church, buying and fixing rental properties, flying airplanes, attending concerts, listening to old records, playing his guitar and watching anything related to the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers.
