With more than 40 years of experience as a developer, builder and residential inspection company owner, Chuck LeCraw has a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate. This vast knowledge and expertise gives his clients a unique advantage when buying or selling a home. His heart for service and unique perspective reduce the stress of real estate transactions for his clients, while helping them minimize risk and maximize the return on their investment.
A native Atlantan, Chuck graduated from The Westminster Schools and went on to the University of Virginia where he earned a degree in architecture. Wanting to learn more of the building and developmental aspects of real estate, he continued to expand his knowledge with construction management courses at Georgia Institute for Technology, or Georgia Tech.
Chuck began his career with Holder Construction and Cates Development. A few years later, he started his first company where he built high-end custom homes and developed luxury properties, the most notable being Brookhaven Place in Brookhaven and Ardemore Townhomes in Buckhead.
Chuck later founded The Cornerstone Inspection Group, which primarily performed residential and commercial inspections representing both buyers and sellers. Cornerstone also managed and conducted inspections for construction loans on behalf of several lending institutions. When Chuck sold Cornerstone, they were performing more than 2,000 home inspections that year.

3. Chuck’s education, experience and skills help his clients envision the improvements and/or additions that can be made to a home to adapt its suitability for a client’s needs. This coupled with the ability to assist in determining costs and feasibility of changes to the home allows his client to make the most educated decision possible.
