Grace McDade is a 23-year resident of the beautiful state of Georgia and graduate of The University of Georgia – Go Dawgs! She was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and proudly competed for The UGA Equestrian Team. Grace was introduced to the real estate industry at an early age. Her father owned a building company that constructed residential homes and apartment complexes. She was often on the ‘job site’ learning the business and, of course, negotiating her salary!
After college, she pursued a career in advertising sales, which took her to Los Angeles, Charlotte and Atlanta. During this time, she bought and sold three homes of her own. This provided her with knowledge of sought-after metropolitan markets – experience that helps her better serve her clients today.
In 2002, while in Atlanta, she met her husband, Chris. He owned rental investment properties, which presented Grace with an opportunity to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry by learning all aspects of the rental market. Owning and managing properties is a pursuit that Grace and Chris continue to enjoy together.
Grace combined her passion for real estate with her strong sales and marketing background to fulfill her dream of becoming an agent with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Grace has worked with more than 500 clients during her career and prides herself in exhibiting integrity and diligence in every transaction. She is fiercely committed to exceeding expectations, and wants her clients to enjoy the home-buying and selling process as much as she does! Most importantly, she is passionate about helping her clients find their special place to call ‘home.’
Grace resides in East Cobb with her husband and three children. Also vying for attention, is their rescue dog, Chase, who has lovingly earned the nickname ‘Rascal.’ Grace is a member of The Catholic Church of St. Ann and The Cobb Chamber of Commerce. She loves watching her boys play basketball and coaching her daughter’s cheerleading team. She also enjoys traveling, photography, and running – when time permits!
