Hi, I’m Karyn. I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia and have a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to real estate, I started my own internet company but found working with people to be more fitting. In 1996, I took a leap of faith and became a REALTOR®.
My real estate career:
In my first year, I was named ‘Rookie of the Year,’ and have since been a member of the President’s Diamond Society, the President’s Circle and a member of the top 50 Hall of Fame. In 2016, I received the Crystal Phoenix Award for 20 years as a Top Producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.

The key to my success is always putting my clients’ best interest first. I’m probably one of the most honest and ethical agents you will meet.
While working with buyers, my job is to advise not only on the positive features of the home, but also some of the drawbacks – those items you may not instantly see. I not only look at whether a home fits your needs, but I also analyze the property to ensure a profitable resale.
For my sellers, I believe in listing your home fairly and protecting your equity while maintaining honesty in assessing the range in which your home will sell.
My philosophy:
Real estate can be overwhelming if you don’t have proper guidance. There are many facets to cover – legal, financial and emotional. Having a qualified agent represent you is crucial in facilitating the transaction and protecting your best interests.
