Carson Cowan has called Atlanta home for over a decade and has been invested in the community’s growth and energy from the beginning. He comes from a family of builders and designers, which is where his love for real estate originated.

Carson grew up on Florida’s coast, where he attended the University of North Florida, graduating with a degree in communications with a concentration in marketing. He also holds the AIC, AINS and CLU financial designations. Carson has 13 years of experience in the insurance, financial and real estate industries – you may know him from his community involvement with The Carson Cowan State Farm Agency, where he provided insurance and financial solutions to his valued clientele.

After residing in Peachtree Battle for many years, he now lives in Midtown where he is renovating a historic 1920s home. Carson has been an active member of the John’s Creek Chamber of Commerce and the Midtown Neighborhood Association. He is an avid world traveler, tennis player, vintage auto collector and historic home renovator. Carson’s trusted sidekick is a very well-known German Short-Haired Pointer, named Huck.
