Gather at The Battery’s Georgia Power Pavilion Stage to watch the 3rd annual Tree Lighting! The event will be hosted by Greer Howard, an in-house reporter, and will feature Santa and Mike Foltynewicz, a star Atlanta Braves pitcher. There will be holiday music, snowflake stilt walkers, balloon twisters and photos on Santa’s reindeer-drawn sleigh!
Enjoy the 35 stores and 17 dining options at Atlantic Station while you participate in holiday festivities! Atlantic Station’s biggest event of the season, Light the Station offers free activities including arts and crafts, live music, a light parade and a 50-foot tree lighting.
Sunday
The Atlanta Falcons are on a winning streak! Come cheer on your local professional football team as they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home.
Get in the holiday spirit at Avalon this weekend with festive music, free activities, a tree lighting, the opening of Avalon on Ice and even an appearance from Santa!

Presented by Southern Ballet Theatre, SBT’s adaptation, “A Very Grinchy Christmas”, features The Grinch meeting The Nutcracker to battle a Rat King, toy soldiers, Nutcracker and more while the Grinch learns the true meaning of Christmas from Cindy Lou Who and the natives of Whoville.
