Where are you from? That is a question I get a lot. Growing up as a military brat, I never really had a “family” home. Even after moving to Atlanta by way of San Francisco in 1991, I had moved eight times before buying my first place, a townhouse in Garden Hills. I met and married my husband John that same year at the new Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas! Shortly afterwards, we moved from our honeymoon bungalow in Buckhead to right off Dresden Drive in Brookhaven. 10 years later, we moved a mile away and have called Ashford Park our home ever since.
After spending over 20 years in the Transportation/Logistics business, I felt a strong desire to pursue my lifelong obsession with real estate. Serving my customers has always been my passion, but selling trucks and trains wasn’t fulfilling. My desire to serve in a more personal and meaningful way has brought me to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. A home is THE most personal expression of you and your family, and I will dedicate myself fully to making the experience as fun and stress-free as possible.
I’ve often been described as tenacious. If you are buying, I will not rest until you find a home you absolutely LOVE. If you are selling, our incredible marketing team will create a custom print and digital strategy that is not only visually stunning but will give you effective exposure to sell your home for the highest price in the least amount of time. I would love to help you in whatever stage of life you are in, from buying your first place to downsizing as empty nesters. Whether you’re buying or selling, it is not a transaction to me; it’s a very personal process that I would be honored to partake in.
About Me
You may see me around Marist School, where I serve as the VP of Membership for the Booster Club (GWE)! I love being around the kids and serving this community. Also, my involvement in the all-women’s Habitat for Humanity build has been a source of great joy. My daughter and I will work on our fourth home this spring, and I won’t stop after she graduates. These families work so hard to build a home of their own, knowing the stability it brings to their household. My son attends St. Pius X High School where he plays football and wrestles. We are blessed to be a part of these two wonderful communities as well as Our Lady of the Assumption Church family. I love serving as a greeter and seeing all the young families come together at their parish home. At the end of the day, I enjoy sitting down for a great meal and a nice glass of wine, which is probably from Brookhaven Wines (shop local!), a business my husband and I started with a previous next-door neighbor.
