I began my career as a REALTOR® in 2004 after 13 years in corporate America, where I worked in marketing for Holiday Inn Corporate HQ and a large Atlanta civil engineering firm.
I have found my joy working as a REALTOR®.
Helping my clients through the fun, yet challenging, time of searching for the right home to invest their lives in or selling a place that holds so many memories makes me happy to “go to work” each day! I have worked with a range of clients through the years, including first time buyers, parents moving to a new area so their kids will be in great schools and empty nesters selling the home they raised their families in. I have also dedicated a large part of my efforts to helping residents relocating into the city. Each experience is new and exciting to me.
I am the Cat’s Meow in real estate service!
It may seem like a cliché to some, but I take my tagline very seriously! Not only am I committed to top tier service for all of my clients, but I am a passionate lover of cats. I currently have three fur babies at home: Voodoo, Zulu and Rex. They’re all rescues and a constant source of fun and laughter in my house. Volunteering is important to me, and I like to offer my time to a fantastic organization called Good Mews Animal Foundation. I recently have become a Good Mews foster mom for kitties needing a place to grow and heal before they become ready for adoption. In addition to cats, other things I enjoy are wine, traveling domestically and abroad, funky art, finding hidden gems in Atlanta’s restaurant scene and enjoying the exciting things we are so lucky to have going on in our city every day!
New Orleans is my heart’s home!
Although I grew up in Memphis, TN, I consider New Orleans my heart’s home. I am the only person in my family not born in NOLA! I’ve always said I have Louisiana running through my veins. I try to visit family there at least once a year to get my fix. After high school in Memphis, I came to Georgia to attend the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). At the end of college, the 1996 Atlanta Olympics were announced (yes, I’m dating myself), and I knew I couldn’t leave. In my more than 30 years here, I’ve lived all over Metro Atlanta, including Norcross in Gwinnett County, the Lenox/Cheshire Bridge/LaVista Road Area in DeKalb County, Virginia-Highland in Fulton County and now Smyrna in Cobb County. Each community holds a special place in my heart.
